The Commies swore they would take over the DNC, and they have. The Marxist way is to take credit for what they didn't accomplish, and vilify the opposition. Propaganda pushing lies to recreate the truth into powerful credibility.

It is the duty of the defense to use the lease expensive means to resolve the case. This being the point, it would have cost very little for the SoS of Washington to require that Barak Obama prove his qualifications, and by doing so, that would have resolved the question of the plaintiff without any doubt. Instead, the SoS refused to comply, and failed to take the least expensive path to justice. The SoS became combative with a private citizen exercising her rights under Washington State Law to resolve an issue that the SoS was fully aware existed long before the filing of any such suit.
The discovery phase of the sanction process should open the door to all records that SoS has, which, in fact, would prove beyond any doubt that the failure of certification of qualified individuals for elected office is a failure in the process that the SoS used to certify our elections. Bottom line, if they want to sanction people questioning the validity and the truth, the whole process should be laid wide open and exposed for the whole world to see how defective the process is.

When is America going to get on the wagon, this man is not qualified to be POTUS. He was born a British Citizen, nobody can be a Natural Born Citizen when they are subject to the jurisdiction of 2 nations. Obama inherited at birth his fathers citizenship, it doesnt matter where the marxist puke was born, he IS NOT QUALIFIED to be POTUS. Never was, never can be.

poor ole guy was well within his rigths to defend himself with whatever means he had at his disposal after getting sprayed so many times in the face with the pepper spray...pepper spray should never have been used unless the man was agressive...but once its abused, ie...they keep spraying him in the face when he is no longer agressive...the use of the pepper spray becomes an assault...and gives him the right to protect himself

until we get a balance...a representation in the governmnet FOR THE PEOPLE...not the unions...not the corporations...nor the socialists and marxist...but a real representative that want what is BEST for the people..then we will continue to see our freedoms deteriorate...and our nation crumble
the unlying truth...that we have the DNC with its socialists and communists agenda...and the GOP...that pays lip service to ideals but when it comes down to the line they give in to other interests...they all have thier bad parts and people accept that because it comes with the illusion of some good they pretend to represent...both are knee deep in guilt for not protection the US Constitution...and all are guilty of violating thier oath to protect that same document...
