It boggles my mind why ANY REGULAR SEASON BASEBALL TICKET would be a "hot ticket" or sell for OVER face value......just another game in the long endless drudgery that is the baseball regular season.......must be the "pink hats" that are driving up the prices.

Maybe hockey is #4 on the radar screen, however 17,000+ pack the Garden every night and the TV ratings are strong. The numbnuts on talk radio have to pay attention or they will look like FOOLS. ...and by the way, don't judge Boston sports fans by talk radio. That is a grave mistake, there is a HUGE silent majority out there. That's the problem with Sports talk radio, they act like the losers who call into the show speak for the masses, do you really want "Steve From Fall River" to represent you?
you shouldn't "value the opinions" of any of these media bozos to begin with. Forget about "having seen enough".....do you really think any of them are "experts?? " they do the same thing the rest of us do. They sit on their butts and watch the games.....(and that more or less goes for ex-athletes too because once they go into the media they must become ENTERTAINERS or risk getting canned. Remember, these guys are ENTERTAINERS not "sports experts" All sports talk radio is useless drivel, a complete waste of your time. Stick with music radio.

You do a great job with the links Scott but I think I'll pass on them. I've always been one to read all the articles even the ones by writers I didn't care for. However this incident has pushed me over the edge, I've never seen anything so BLOWN OUT OF PROPORTION in my life. The Patriots and their "magic camera", the only reason for their success. I guess it wasn't working in the playoffs the last 2 years, otherwise how could the Patriots have ever lost to the Broncos and Colts?...I guess it wasn't working at all in 2002 when the Pats completely missed the playoffs.....but I digress. As far as the media goes, I figure I've got enough aggravation in my life, why add more by reading their crap on this matter?....I'm in my anti-media bunker.....(except for this site and Mike Reiss)
