To be fair, it's not the Bearshare program itself that is infected, it's the files that you download via any file sharing program.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't work that way you described. I did a quick search in the new Yahoo Mail for emails from Microsoft. It displayed 6 messages, so I went to the checkbox at the top of the left column and selected "All" from the drop-down menu. Then I clicked on the "Delete" button in the purple bar. Yahoo Mail places a strike-through across the email subject, indicating that the message has been deleted (thus moving it into your trash folder). However, if you go back to your inbox, the messages should be gone. If you do a search for a particular sender again, the messages will appear with a strike-through because the messages are still technically in one of your mail folders. To get rid of them completely, you'll need to empty your trash folder by hovering over the trash folder. A trash icon will appear to the right, click on it and click "OK" when prompted.

It appears that the Secret Service was the elusive government agency who decided to shut down the JotForm.com domain. But don't worry - the shut down was only temporary and the agency has returned the domain - http://www.techdirt.com/articles/20120216/1704371...

Exactly.... I think the "industry" should just abandon Flash entirely. With HTML 5 quickly gaining in popularity, Flash will become obsolete.
