Has anyone noticed how Obama drinks and generally embraces alcohol use?

He drinks margaritas, he has his official photos showing alcohol. This guy should be sober at all times...he does not have the right to drink...Being Mr. President is a 24/7 job, where he always has to be mentally sharp not buzzed or drunk.
