In other shocking news, Aaron Heilman gave up the lead in the 6th, ultimately leading to a Cubs loss. Unlike Heath Bell (and every other former Met that faces them with a new team in a clutch spot), I'm not terribly worried about Heilman. Good to see he's still awful.

With the Mets' front office's 'fix things one step at a time' attitude it's not really that ironic at all. Omar basically told everybody point blank that all he would be addressing in the offseason was the bullpen. That and resigning a schizophrenic starting pitcher.
