Any affect is due to decreasing inflammation.C-reactive protein is an inflammatory marker.So,now let's put people on drugs even though their "nunbers" are normal.If 100 people are on the drug,100 are not---the difference is 1.2 people! But,the pharma sold lots of drugs to get that 1.2.The absolute numbers not so impressive.
