While Antonio looks great, his designing is awful. OMG, I would not let him into my home. Again, how in the world did he win Design Star?

Dan, congratulations! Hopefully you will get a TV show when Antonio's show is cancelled--which it will be. He is not even in the same class as you. Hang in there!!!

I agree with someone else's comments re: the mistake that was made in choosing Antonio as the next DS.

I hope HGTV and the 3 judges take note that the majority of viewers believe that Dan should have won. Hopefully, HGTV will do something about this and rectify their mistate by possibly bringing Dan back with his own show.

In my opinion, Vern has always made sound decisions (and Candace is by far my favorite designer), but if the decision made by the new judges results in more of these kinds of outcome, then HGTV needs to pick 2 different judges--Vern should stay.

I love Candice and Vern, but how could Dan have not been picked as the next Design Star. His designs were so beautiful--reminded me alot of Candice's kind of design. Antonio's last "whole house" design was awful--the colors were way too loud (and ugly), the tv cabinet was also ugly. Antonio did well with changing the bathroom entranceway., and the little boy's room was cute but he won't fit in the little bed in about 2 years time. There was no cohesion between the rooms. Dan on the other hand created an atmosphere that was both elegant as well as homey--just beautiful. I also think he did splendidly in announcing his rooms. You made a BIG MISTAKE in the awarding Antonio the new DS. I for one will NOT be watching his shows. He rubs me the wrong way.
