Community Organizations international is the international arm of ACORN. They are involved in influencing the movement of money throughout the world, Global Remittance According to their website, they are working a campaign to get HSBC, Moneygram, Western Union and Scotia Bank to sit down and discuss this with them. When I googled Global Remittance, the 2nd web link listed went to a page that discussed immigration and voting records in the 50 states based on native country of immigrants.....hmmmm.....stacking the deck??
