Another brilliant idea from California's brilliant , enlightened, "progressive" politicians ! No wonder the state is tanking with these lunatics at the helm. As a midwesterner with a vacation home in CA , I'm just flabbergasted how upside down things have gotten. The situation is laughable, repugnant, and pitiful. Citizens of CA, wake up !
