I would love to hear how we are being brainwashed....yes I did become more liberal during college and graduate school but it was mainly due to the fact that for the first time in my life I was able to think for myself, develope opinions and defend those opinions. I am also curious how bigrod115 an anonymous man in Cedar Rapids has discovered the meaning of "normality" after all the great philosophers have struggled to define the term. You have a right to your opinion but i suggest that you not use the word normal as if you stumbled accross a great epiphany....
Repeating my above posts, where were the parents? I bet his father is now wishing that he would of had a stronger hand. When we were 16 we T.P.ed houses and egged a couple peoples garage doors but my god, Arson? I guess the difference was stfogner discipline at home and a respect for human life.

Yeah let him play football he is an outstanding guy, why not make him get accepted into college on real academic merit he would flunk out in about a week. Yeah it makes me BARF when people think they have a right to tell others that they cannot lead happy lives. The younger generation is more progressive and hopefully when I am your age most racism, sexism and hateful thinking would be educated out of us.
@kresnorf, BRAVO! Thank you so much for arguing for those of us who think the new gun laws are a joke! People are stupid if they think putting more guns in untrained hands is somehow going to make it more safe. I guarantee that it will not be long before one of the armed and untrained "vigilantes" shoots an innocent bystandard. As the ownder of the gun you are responsible for the bullet after it leaves the gun....it is only a matter of time.
