glad you find it useful :) and Social networking is a totally different source of traffic then traffic from a forum, or another blog. It’s a really valuable thing to be a part of, so get to it :)

1. Squidoo.com is a great place to get links back to your site. Type the following into a Google search: “add+to+this+list”+site:squidoo.com

2. Many Web 2.0 sites that allow you to create profiles and interact with others provide high PageRank, “do follow” links to the website listed in your profile. Some examples include <a href="http://www.linkedin.com," target="_blank">www.linkedin.com, <a href="http://www.flickr.com" target="_blank">www.flickr.com ,<a href="http://www.twibs.com," target="_blank">www.twibs.com, and <a href="http://www.zoominfo.com." target="_blank">www.zoominfo.com.

3. To get started, you simply have to write the article and submit it to a few article directories. I recommend: <a href="http://www.Ezinearticles.com," target="_blank">www.Ezinearticles.com, <a href="http://www.goarticles.com," target="_blank">www.goarticles.com, and <a href="http://www.articledashboard.com." target="_blank">www.articledashboard.com.

4. Submit your site to Web Directories. Search Google - “fitness” + “add url”
