I agree with everything you wrote here except "Don't diet on the weekend." I lost 79 lbs in 5 months, while eating as much as I wanted, but heavily constricting what I ate. Psychologists say you must found a healthy replacement, when your trying to eliminate a negative habit like over eating. My healthy replacement was to eat as much as I wanted as long as it was low calorie, fat, cholesterol and sodium. The weight just fell off.
