Why do you think you have authority or the moral high ground to make such decisions based on what THE PEOPLE don't know, when we know much, much more than you on this subject, Senator? Do you think we depend on your opinions to make the judgement to go to war and attack a sovereign nation for conduct your own government is guilty many times over, e.g. "the use of depleted Uranium" weapons in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan? How about the Waco, TX massacre, 1995 in which 76 innocent men, women, and children were gassed and incinerated without cause? Does that strike you as having the moral high ground to commit our men, women and children to such a war without any threats to Americans or any hint of intent to invade, attack, or kill your constituents? The resounding answer to these simple, common sense questions is NOT ONLY NO, BUT HELL NO!
We kill or maim many times the number of people, including women and children, each day in America than what took place in Syria. This does not include the 50 million plus murders of unborn children over the past 40 years. How is that for a statistic? It appears if anyone should be attacked for committing crimes against humanity, it should be US! What do you have to say about that?
Not only is it out of the question to attack indiscriminately such sovereign nations which have not threatened our nation, but a totally different culture and mindsets than what we have in Western societies. They operate under totally different sets of rules and laws based on their own choosing. It's not up to U.S. to determine the outcomes or redefine their style of governance. Period!

He called on everyone and anyone—the “sons of Al Azhar,” businessmen, journalists—and from all around the world, specifically mentioning Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Senegal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Tunisia, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, and Jordan.
Qaradawi called on them to be shuhada, “martyrs” who sacrifice their lives in the course of the jihad. Several Egyptian religious authorities have expressed surprise at Qaradawi’s reckless call for jihad in Egypt, saying the latter is not part of Dar al-Harb (Abode of War) where jihad should be waged to bring non-Muslims under Islamic authority, but rather is part of the Islamic world, where Islamic authorities like Qaradawi should be calling for peace, not promoting more bloodshed between Muslims.
It should be very clear who is responsible for the violence and chaos. It is NOT al-Sisi! The guilt lies with those who refuse to accept true leadership, and promote peace, not more of the same violence and destruction. Stop attacking and murdering Christians and burning down churches. This is not peaceful and does not promote any democratic process.

Good idea, you have nothing to add to the debate anyway. All you did was confirm your profound ignorance and lack of any brain cells of logic, not unlike the other 1,500 million imbeciles who devote themselves to being Islamists.

Name ONE religion other than Islam which by declaration and self-avowed creed it is to annihilate ALL others who do not convert, submit or become slaves by subjugation under global "caliphate" and any culture in which it infiltrates is destroyed, without exception, and replaced with totalitarian rule by theocratic dictators. This cult-belief system and its followers is the exception to the rule you suppose. Islam comprises 20% of humanity, i.e. approx. 1,500 million dedicated followers. There are only two classes of people in their view, i.e. Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Harb, ummat al-Islam and ummat al-Kuffar. This means that it is eternally at war against the remaining non-Islamic 80% of humanity until 100% comes under its control.
Al Imran 3:85 “ If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah) never will it be accepted of him ...”

(Psa 53:1) To the Chief Musician. Set to "Mahalath." A Contemplation of David. The fool has said in his heart,"There is no God." They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity; There is none who does good.
(Pro 9:10) "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
Christianity is also NOT a religion. Following Christ and obedience to God's Commandments is it's definition.

Get your facts straight. What does the Qur'an say about how to deal with the infidels, i.e. kafir? Does it say to treat them like your family? If you say yes, I would say you are the epitome of intellectual dishonesty. Who said you worshipped Muhammed? Not me.

We've done this before in the early 1800's with the Barbary Wars. It is now time to do it again.

What "twist" on history are you talking about? You cannot refute these facts. By your own admission, you don't know them to start with, so how can you defend yourself? "The true Hypocrite is the one who ceases to perceive his deception; the one who lies with sincerity."

(Jas 2:19) You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!
