He is slowly going broke. The people buying the restaurant haven't given him a nickel, just a verbal committment. Sure he's a nice person, but an obvious failure as a business owner since he alienated and robbed every other business owner he ever came in contact with by not paying his bills. Hmmmmmm.........how convenient to be out of town......
