The dissent argued that the meaning of the “subject to the jurisdiction” language found in 14th Amendment was the same as that found in the 1866 Civil Rights Act, which provides: “All persons born in the United States, and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States.” On the meaning of “natural born citizen,” the dissent also cited the treatise on international law by Emerich de Vattel entitled “The Law of Nations” which may have influenced the drafters of the original constitution:[19] "The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens."[20] The Law Of Nations, 1758, de Vattel, Book 1, Chapter 19, section 212"

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
This means both parents have to be US citizens, this is not the case for Mr. Obama, his birth father was a citizen of Kenya, with means he is not a natural born citizen, granted he may be a US citizen , but he is not natural born by the definition of the Constitution. Therefore he is not eligible to President, since he is not qualified by the Constitution.
I would not matter if he was born in Washington, DC; his parental heritage prevents him from being President. End of Case…..

Congress Critters and Senator Critters want to be the new lords and ladies of the feudal American, it time we remove them and take our country back. I for one do not wish to be a serf to any voted upon representative, they work for me; I do not work for them.
