Your sister -in-law is a US citizen, but not natural born, however since she is a citizen and her husband is a citizen their children are natural born. This is not the case of Obama, his father is not a US citizen and never was, that is why he is not natural born. there is a differnce between naturalized, which mean becoming a US Citizen and one being born of two US Citizens. Just like illegal alien children they are US Citizen but not natural born. It has to do with both parents being US Citizens.

I am glad your sister-in-law became a us citizen.

The real question you should be asking is Obama a natural born citizen. The United States Constitution states the following:

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

This means both parents have to be US citizens, this is not the case for Mr. Obama, his birth father was a citizen of Kenya, with means he is not a natural born citizen, granted he may be a US citizen , but he is not natural born by the definition of the Constitution. Therefore he is not eligible to President, since he is not qualified by the Constitution.

I would not matter if he was born in Washington, DC; his parental heritage prevents him from being President. End of Case…..

It is time we as real AMERICANS take back our country from the governments and business that wish to destroy it, by the vote buying schemes, we can do this, only through the start of a Constitution Party, get rid of the Democrat and Republic Parties, and make news one which response to AMERICANS and not to special interest group. The things which made our country great is us working together to be AMERICANS speaking ONE Language, placing others about ourselves, determination in our dreams and hope. Political Correctness and liberal diversity have neutered that AMERICA SPRIT, we have become debtor to other nations for vote buying schemes have bankrupted our country, we have to stop this not just for ourselves but mainly for our CHILDREN and GRANDCHILDREN, do we wish them to live in some third world cesspool, which liberal wish to turn our country into, or do we wish the hope and dreams of our founders be their inspiration.

Congress Critters and Senator Critters want to be the new lords and ladies of the feudal American, it time we remove them and take our country back. I for one do not wish to be a serf to any voted upon representative, they work for me; I do not work for them.

If CA needs to fix it debt problem, then tax all American funds which are sent outside the American boarders at 100%, this will give the illegal’s no incentive to be here in America, since they will not be able to send money back to their country’s. If Western Union transfers this money or a bank or sent in the Mail, it should be confiscated and turn over government revenue to pay for these service which these people use. That would pay for health care, jails, welfare and the other services they receive on our dime and not theirs. Tax employers of illegal’s at the 90% on their profits and make them also pay for these services since they are the one benefiting from the cheap labor. Let these company show their stock holders, they are making only 10% of their profits due to management decision to use illegal’s, then you would see a big change in business management into those who will respect US laws.

We need to have the politicians responsible to us, how do we do that? The first thing is term limits, if that is in the hard to do box, then let’s select Congress critters and Senator critters from the real taxpaying public to serve one term by computer random selection, we could not do any worst then the system we have now. By this I mean people who really pay taxes and not received a hand-out for the government. The highest pay for these people should not be more the $30,000 per year, since they have a real job to go back to and not suckle on the taxpayer.

Where is the American sprit? The framers of our Republic did not want to be career politicians, they had real jobs and worked on their farms or business, met and did the governments business for a few days, then when back to their farms and business, not like our career politicians of today. Like Barbara Boxer, remember she worked hard to be a Senator, she was voted to be a Senator, she only worked hard BS’ing everyone how great she is and she needs to lord over us toadies who really work to make this country great

On major legislation this should be voted on in a general referendum and not by our Congress critters, we as American should decide the expenditure of our money for major non-governmental projects, like TARP, bailing out CA, NY or other states, banks, health-care. We have to pay for these things; we should get a chance to vote on them and not just Congress. So far this year they have passed several bills which they have not ever read or know what is in them, but we are left picking up the TAB for the banquet they have created. The only thing which they should have the right to vote for is what is in the Constitution and required for the government to operate. I guess you can thank the public education system for Congress critters not being able to read, since their job is to make everyone feel good and not to excel, since achieving harms someone else’s feelings.
