The officer was an Idiot, I could have shot him 8 times someone with pepperspray a baton and a superbelt with training would have saved his life!

Spell check? obviously u did'nt get the the point. I could of shot him 8 times and killed him but that's the difference between me and a trained professional. I expect a trained professional to maybe use some pepper spray or a baton or one of the the other tools on his superbelt. The officer doing what i could have done is'nt heroic sounds like he did'nt pay attention to training.

if u charged him with what he did he'd probably plead guilty problem solved. Hope they included a lesser charge so he doesn't walk.

The cop on the side of the road notices that drunk driver swerving back and forth about to kill my family the camera cant do that! Or the bag of weed under the seat of that drug dealers car, alot of criminals are caught in traffic stops

No the secret is to have a police dept that actually solves crimes. This is just a welfare program to keep city employees employed. this country is in a recession and instead of making cuts and layoffs (like public companys) lets come up with a program to tax the taxpayers alittle more. The city isn't interested in solving crime unless they can make a extra buck at it.
