I have just upgraded my iphone 3G to 4.2 and re jailbroken but now i have no keyboard clicks?

When i type anything or slide to unlock i have no sound?

Im assuming that this must have happened to others, anyone else have this issue? any way to fix this issue?

was you cydia app a plain white square also? if so did it change to the correct icon once things were sorted?

Jailbreak seems to have worked ok although phone does seem to be running a little slow. Main problem i have is that the Cydia app is just a plain white square on the home screen, anyone else with this issue?? Also Cydia has been 'downloading packages' for about 10 mins?

Only reaon that i am not keen using blackra1n is i have read so many other users that have had various problems, i have always used dev team tools in the past with no problems whatsoever.

I do not have access to a mac at all.

i have now updated my iphone 3G to firmware 3.1.2 and baseband 05.11.07 in itunes, is it possible to jailbreak using windows?
