He wasn't "innocent".

A. He was a meth cooker. He chose the life and the risks that come with it.
B. By agreeing to replace Walt he made himself part of the plan to murder Walt. If Walt had been killed Jesse would have also been killed.

Bottom line it was self defense. This is why drug prohibition is more harmful than legalization. Making the business criminal means that the people involved will be criminals. That they will settle disputes with violence rather than by hiring lawyers and going to court.

Not everybody is jumping on the streaming bandwagon. I'll hold off until the picture quality is fully equal to a blu ray disc.

To me streaming to a $1000 plus LED TV is like building an audiophile sound system and using it to listen to music on an AM radio station.

The Carol Burnett Show wasn't a sitcom. It was a variety show. But it was one of the best ones ever thanks to Harvey Korman and Tim Conway.
