No surprise !! Even now, they only converse BM in places like Maybank front end staff, KFC counters. Don't know whether this is a Company directive. Some of these staff can converse very well in English but they refuse. So the BN regime mustn't complain on the drop in the level of English. The other staff in these companies who want to improve on English are not given the opportunity to do so. Please note that these are not government offices and the staff must oblige to converse with the language of their customers !!!
So everyday, you can hear "chicken and ducks" talking away their daily transactions. Malaysia memang Boleh !!
