The poster is probibly refering to the people who get more back at the end of the year than they pay in all year long. EIC

And the health care cost increases are from the people who don't have insurance and never pay the hospital. That gets passed on to other who either have to pay or have insurance.

You could vilify the corporations if they shoved those people to the curb instead of picking up the tab. The level of entitlements people think they deserve is the problem.
