I agree about that, and the notion that information should be free. But unless we're going to fundamentally reshape society, education, and access. And unless you have a solution for those who are less intelligent or otherwise less capable to seek out and *understand* the information given, there's always a place for the greedy to con the masses.

I think most people know they shouldn't send money to help Nigerian princes (the old Spanish prisoner con) and yet people do. Just because the information is available doesn't mean people will avail themselves - or be *capable* of availing themselves - of it.

How are you going to swing that with your boy? Is the ex thinking of moving out of state as well, or are you going to fight for sole custody?
