This part, i disagree with. An employee and the employer has an unlimited right to contract, and the terms of employment are the terms of a contract. If a company requires that an employee learn spanish, then the employee is free to leave employment. If the employer believes that having a bilingual workforce is best for his company, it is not the place of the government to prohibit his right to run his company as he sees fit.
As for the second part, I am split, according to your meaning of "English only rule" . If you mean that an employer's condition of employment is that employees must be able to speak and understand English, then i agree with the right of the employer to set any conditions he wishes. If you mean that when employees speak, they must speak in English, regardless of other languages they know, I disagree. As long as the employee performs the job to the satisfaction of the employer, the language the employee uses to himself, or among his co-workers is his own choice.

Investments, and interest could still be taxed, but if you work, you keep what you earn (including executives).
basically, if you earn the money, then it can't be taxed.
If your money earns income, then that income can be taxed.

If you do have public education, then the money should come from the community, or the state at the highest, not the federal government, and the local school districts should decide the curriculum, not the federal government. anyone who pays for private school, or home schools their kids, should be exempt from paying the tax that goes towards paying for the public school.
No federal money should go towards education, that way, there are no strings attached to the money.
