2. Being someone who knows a lot about DNA evidence (probably from watching TV) doesn't get you excluded from a jury so stop tooting your horn.
3. You might get excluded if you implied that you would only vote for a conviction if there was DNA evidence (again, inspired by TV).
4. This case is close for the prosecution, at best. But, it is the prosecutor's job to take it to grand jury if he/she thinks a) the person is guilty and 2) that there is enough evidence that a jury might find them guilty. A grand jury had to decide there was at least enough evidence to proceed to trial.
