Mccain will light the fire of revolution in this country if we put any more of our troops in countries that would just as soon see us destroyed! We have to stop interfering with otherccountries the results always turn out bad for us! We are not the world police!
Keep pushing these overhead schemes, manufacturers are looking for ways to automat their produciton and these give aways are just accelerating the inevitable.
I'm not religious, but I do consider myself spiritual; I find the trappings of religion unnecessary, divisive and bothersome. I find it revealing that those who profess to believe in G*d viciously castigating Dr. Hawkins, if there is no G*d then all the debate is to no avail. But if there is a G*d who will be more harshly judged Hawkins who questions His existence, or those who treat Hawkins in such an ungodlike fashion?
If we are afraid of raising our flag because we "value" the sensibilities of our enemies then they can reasonably assume that we will be afraid to die for it. I for one am more than willing to fight for our country, but not so sure I'd be willing to fight for the clowns in DC!
Raise our flag everywhere and every day and take pride in the fact that we are Americans. If we can't do that then let's fold up our tents and go back to those countries from whence we came
I'm no fan of Obama, wouldn't vote for him if my immortal soul depended upon it. Involving US troops without congressional approval is a blatant violation of the Constitution. If the mission has value, or not congress must have input. Now is the time for Repubs to stand up and demand that this issue be debated and all sides be heard.
Our country is in the brink of destruction and we voters, through our elected officials, are directly responsible for its condiiton - shame on us all.
Am I mistaken or is there all ready insurance offered to cover crop loss? Friends of mine are full time farmers and at the beginning of every growing season they purchase insurance that guarantees a crop price regardless of the yield, sounds like insurance to me!

I'm intrigued regarding the part about the Constitution being binding. I've read it several dozen times and I see nothing in it that commits the several states to the Union if that Union will mean the end of the state(s). As has been oft said the Constitution is not a suicidee pact and if a state, or several states wish to leave I see no reason why it shouldn't be so. i realize the counter argument may be "wasn't that why the Civil war was fought? " Yet i've always be told that the Civil war was to free the slaves. And with that done why should we believe that the states have any legal reason to in this corrupt Union, please someone show me where I am mistaken
When will we as Americans take the good counsel of our forefathers and limit our international intervention? Let Mexico, Korea ( North and South ) Germany, Iraq, and on and on and on handle their own affairs. If the outcome is the demise of these countries let it be on their heads. Bottom line- to Hades with the rest of the world, let's take care of ourselves
