I would think that because he also snatched the young mans cell phone out of his hand that would fall under strong arm robbery.

I agree Rick013 this is just cover for bad policy .They might not get such push back from republicans on everything if the democrats would stop putting bills that don't have a chance of passing with bills that need to get passed let the bills stand on their own merits,and read every bill.
