I live in the flight path of two large airports and I have never witnessed 'chemtrails'. This is little more than a myth propagated by simple minds.

That said, it's hard to top The Happy Act for foolishness and fiscal retardation in a time of economic distress. It's shameful that a Republican would craft legislation like that. Doubly so that he represents Michigan and ought to be working on more critical issues.
