Many thousands of Laws have been passed in pursuit of these duties since those words were written in ink on hemp parchment with quill feather pens. Now We have come into a time when our Congress, and indeed it seems the Executive Branch as well, are in Violation of their Oaths to Uphold OUR Constitution. We, the People, must sit for years in between elections waiting for action, and what do we get? OUR Government is going to SUE us for trying to save OUR country!!! There is no redress for US the People save the ballot box!! Each day OUR Congress and Executive Branches commit TREASON and promote anarchy in OUR counttry for not finishing the Southern Border Wall and staffing it fully to begin to repel further Invasion.
Yes, it is Treason what is occurring. Treason of OUR elected officials in almost ALL seats of power in this country. Obama is even considering signing an EXECUTIVE ORDER conferring AMNESTY if Congress will not pass Comprehensiveblahblahblah.....sickening!!!!
The Congress is a SUPER MAJORITY of Democrats and they REFUSE to pass a budget this year out of political hack concerns. Its time to CLEAN OUR House in November.

"The law here is VERY clear! Why is there any mystery surrounding this whatsoever? BHO has no "choice" as to where this money goes, it goes to the US Treasury,,,,.PERIOD.
There is no "charity" that can legally accept this, only BHO's "employer" may !
Unless of course BHO's legal team considers ACORN to be his "employer", then it is clear where the money will end up!
