Actually Phelan's style of cartooning is not really that bad....it's very minimalistic but quite well done, and I say that as a leftie and an illustrator myself. I like it much better than Wuerker's childish siblings.
I wish you would credit illustrations that you use. The one at top looks like an Art Young, but it doesn't reflect what I would imagine his "world view" to be. I really doubt he would have condemned athiests to one of his levels of hell.
I'm not sure why the blogger here is treating what the Repukes are doing to the Post Office as both a joke and "boring." I love my snark as much as the next progressive, but this is not exactly good snarking material. We all owe the workers in the Post Office a great vote of thanks, especially those in rural communities that would be left out in the cold if FedEx and UPS took over the duties of the USPS.
