420highways in Lafayette has proven that co existing among schools, other businesses, day cares, treatment centers and homes works.....at least under that owner. KaTek seem to have a new owner. It was lady named Cira Cooper (not sure if that is the correct spelling) and now it is some lady named Alison Neeld???? How dose that happen with a Moratorium in place?? What MMJ government battles has this new owner done in the past - are you from out of state tryn to gain stake in the Colorado Green Rush....you have no problem talking to the press, can you please explain how you are the new owner and where you come from - background, credentials etc???
