There are a lot of stupid kids riding bikes and they pay no attention to cars or safety.

I'm a cyclist and it infuriates me that other cyclists just blast past the H Ave stop sign. No wonder so many drivers in CR hate us.

It's infuriating that negligent drivers and negligent cyclists are not held accountable for their risky, dangerous actions!

The notification signs over I-380 are a good idea, and I wish the info about accidents would be more useful....'accident ahead' is not much help to a driver...the info should report the mile marker and number of lanes blocked or open..

I am a bicycler, and I am likewise ticked off at other riders who ignore traffic lights and signs. They don't speak for me, and it makes all of us bike riders look like dolts or jerks. I hope you will come to respect those bikers who make the effort to share roadways safely and cooperatively with cars.

A 'shout out' to the city and private leaders who financed, built, and maintain the Cedar Valley Trail that runs through the city. I use it during good weather to bike from my home in NE Cedar Rapids to my employment in SW Cedar Rapids. I appreciate the CVT every day!

1st Street SE was blocked off so that the new courthouse could be built for overall community benefit...closing part of 2nd Avenue SE for the new medical district facility would have a similar community benefit
