there saying posseion of an explosive or criminal possesion of a weapon 3rd degree. in the end every one has explosives in there home ex. gas, propane, paint cans

no one was around at the time this took place all it did was make a loud noise because the bottle poped due to too much pressure no different than putting to much air into a tire

no one could of got hurt it was just marti fisher and brenden brouilard in the area no neighbors were outside at the time and as long as you stay at least 5yrds away you wont be affected all it is is a noise maker
