I'm just surprised that it's $100K upsetting.

Next time you hire a tree company and wonder why it's so expensive...they have to pay ENORMOUS insurance premiums because of lawsuits like this and quite frankly, they put their lives at risk every day. Guess who makes out on it all? Lawyers!

And this case will be tried in a court of law...where both sides can be presented and judged.

Clearly in the court of opinion we know where you stand.

No, in fact I did not.

I'm trying to make the point that all the information is not available here. Maybe if it goes to trial you'll get picked for the jury and can judge with all the information.

I'm just curious as to why your replies are so black and white, all or nothing type responses. You don't know anything about the woman filing or the tree company, do you? If you don't, I simply implore you to keep an open mind because in life things are not black and white. Cheers.
