If you can't beat them, sue them. At our house we have an Ipod, Ipad,Iphone and Samsung (andriod) phones and galaxy tablet. I prefer the samsung products over the Apple's any day. Seems this is Apple's attempt to stop the market slide from IOS products being #1 to Android products now being #1. Since Samsung is a major manufacture of android products, start with them.

What about the dozens of other tablet makers who make devices that look like an Ipad ? Now apple has lost market share and is on the minority side vs andriod they are trying to sue their way back to # 1 ?

Our 10 year old niece that lives with us has a 10.1 Samsung galaxy, I wouldnt say it's an Ipad copy, it's much better. You dont need to install itunes on every computer you wish to use it on, there are alot more games and apps and you can buy them from places like amazon, your not locked one store.

Unless the buyers are using solar or wind power, they are not really cutting pollution, just taking power from another source(hydro,coal,nuclear).

They need to have a backup power source for electric cars like the Volt. It would be a shame to have a cool car like that and never be able to take it on a road trip. Seattle to Moses Lake would be pushing it and to Spokane would be a 2 day trip.

Another example for the government wasting money and putting away people on false charges.

The undercover informant (ex-drug runner) was paid something like $50,000 for his part in this bust, and it took him over 2 years pushing the singer to do it before he finally did to get this guy to stop bothering him. This undercover informant has now received around 3.3 million since 1996 from the government, for taking honest people and convincing them to smuggle drugs for him, then turning them in when they do it.

They were a late player with the windows phones, late player with zune media player and late into the tablet market. Most likely it will join the phones and zune as a minor marketshare item,.

Pretty sad, we have to start buying tiny little cars just to afford to keep driving. Just because half the government has been bought by big oil and there will be no consequences for continued price gouging and false shortages.

I have always driving smaller cars but not because I was forced to by outrageous fuel costs.
