So instead of getting into a two-deal bed with BCH the BCC should instead enforce flood plain limitations, just as they are using to explain why the city offices need to move up Broadway from their current site? Or am I missing something, like a lot of green and hypocrisy?

How about leaving stuff alone for a day, a week, a month or even years? Then get on with doing the things every normal City Council does. We like Boulder the way it is and that's why we live here. It's not broken, so stop fixing it.
