I think you've been a West Ham fan too long!
I agree with the sentiment, and your team selection (Kovac looked pedestrian last week) but prefer to start Faubert and bring on Dyer later......

Last seasons game at WHL was a bit of a travesty in that we created chances but didn't take them and they did.
The dangerman last year was Lennon more than Modric.
Suggest Saturday starting Line up
Green
Jacobson, Da Costa, Upson, Illunga
Faubert, Noble, Parker Barerra
Obinna, Cole
Why? Faubert offers much more defensive coverage than Berarra or Dyer.
Bring Dyer on in 2nd half and let him run rings around Spuds patchwork defense.
