The oil companies won't be hurt, as just as much gas will be burnt. The tax revenues of cap-and-trade will go to government subsidized leeches. Beyond a responsible doubt? Umm, how about the third bitter winter

I have a theory, lets say they actually succeed in lowering c02 back to levels of 100 years, crop output drops preciousply around the world, mass starvation,
