The NDA was not lifted from unreleased software/features which would include the Push Notifications.

Yay! (@Justin, from what Ars Technica has said, yes it does). Thanks for getting this done despite our complaining. Hopefully you've gotten it how you want it. It looks like it could be very good, the trick will be getting people to adopt it.

I completely agree. This is becoming very sad. You have lost out on a HUGE opportunity to grab this market on the iPhone. If you had an application within the first week of the AppStore I can GUARANTEE that you would have gained thousands of users. Now you're not only leading down your investors by failing to capitalize on that opportunity but also failing your current user base by not releasing an application they are screaming for.

I wish someone else was in this space and would jump to switch to them.
