Brad,

Right there with you. I went from a Dash to the iPhone and kept the Dash in case I wanted to go back to it (the Dash is even better running WinMO 6.1 by the way) but I am hooked. I have the original model iPhone because I got it from a friend on the cheap and can't get out of my T-Mobile contract yet ;-) Here are two questions for you.

1) Do you find it annoying that you can't mark a message on the iPhone as unread? Sometimes I read something and want to mark it unread so I remember to get to it when I get back to the office, can't do that with iPhone. Really bothers me.

2) Have you jailbroken your iPhone if you are willing to admit it that is. I have and find that it allows you much more flexibility between official and unofficial apps. Like with a jailbroken iPhone you can install an app that lets you record video. Anyway, just curious...

This just further illustrates why bands and record companies need to get with the program and realize that the music is the promotional tool and the touring and other things like the video game are where the money is. Give your music away for free, if it is good you will become popular, then release the video game and start touring and you will make way more money then what you do after the record companies gouge you for 99% of what the album takes in. I have this argument all the time. Music should be available for free or really cheap, like 10 cents a song or something like that, the real money maker is not the album, it never has been either...

I'll take the Volt either way. And GM killed the EV1, it wasn't because it looked ugly it was because the dealers couldn't make any money doing oil changes, etc...all it needed was wipers, tires, breaks and some new brushes for the electric motor every now and then.
