I hope you're comming to phoenix because it's 110 over the past week and we haven't even reached peak temperatures. 118 is our norm so your assistants are giving you the right advice on wardrobe. It won't be a long stake out if you come to my door because here in the desert, we invite people in that knock at the door because of the brutal heat, also, i'm home taking care of my 2 sick kids. Nothing contagious but very serious pancreatitis with cystic fibrosis mutations on my 14 yr. old boy and now my 11 year old daughter has chronic pancreatitis but they cannot find a connecting gene-they are on artificial enzymes and are very susceptible to catching illness, so I am limited as to where we can go so we make the best of it at home. I pray for this home for them. Serenbe is exactly the environment I would love for them to grow up in and enjoy the life that the Lord has given them. It's beautiful and God Bless the winner. hello everyone! It's good to hear from the bloggers I know and welcoming to get to chat with bloggers that i don't know-it keeps it fresh. I am a bit confused about the the HGTVRemodels entry though. On Front door, the entry page was distinctly different than this one and i'm not sure I am entering correctly. I don't want to enter too many times on the HGTV.com page, but when I click on the HGTVRemodels link, it pulls up a page that looks like the 1st one and the HGTVRemodels link remains blue. I am clicking on it after entering first through HGTV.com though but I don't know if i'm entering right. is there anyone who can help me?

anyone out there that knows when the entry periods start for the GH or UO homes? We didn't win the DH but I am extremely excited for the winner. What a nice lady who truly appreciated her good fortune. The good thing is that HGTV has so many sweepstakes and beautiful homes that when you don't win one, there's another right around the corner so the excitement never ends. God Bless the Naggy family-how deserving, but it's a game of luck, although the sponsors can reject someone based on if they think they will not be a positive representative of HGTV and their sponsors, so there is a little wiggle room. But Vikki certaintly appreciated it and I thought i would be depressed watching it, but her response was so touching-it's how I would have responded because I wanted the home so bad for my kids, but we'll keep trying. I would love to see someone who has lost their home win next time and are living in an apartment as a result of losing everything. That would be nice but I don't think anyone in that position has won, maybe i'm wrong . I prayed so hard and my family has gone through so much that I thought it was our time, but my sick 10 year old is so wise. She said,"everything happens for a reason" What an amazing little girl. I pictured this little girl who is homebound playing in the grass and although she is full of wisdom beyond her years, she so desperatly wants a home to call her own again. Next time maybe.

Bee I wrote you yesterday but i don't know if you got it. i was basically saying that you've been a wonderful inspriration and that's what keeps people blogging. The world would be a nicer place if everyone took 1 moment of their day just to say 1 nice thing to a total stranger. These blogs are like a communtiy where we share stories, hopes, dreams and offer words of encouragement. I have a brain injury, so i can't remember word for word but the bottom line is you and people like you are the very fiber that makes these blogs a nice place to be. I wish i could bottle up our compassion and love of humanity and sprinkle it on the nasty's. It's always the one who has the least who offers the most because what would make this world a better place, doesn't cost a dime, just a kind word. Bee, I don't know if you have seen my posts and know what's going on in my life, but if you get a chance, please look at them. The people who have such astounding obsticles to overcome, still reach out. I am living an unimaginable horror as I have 2 very sick kids, but i don't use that as an excuse to be nasty or hurt people. No, we want love and as much peace as we can have. As far as that anti-American goes, I reported him once again because he is scaring me, just as i finished my post to you, he had already posted in response more hate for America and I asked HGTV to make sure he cannot follow me or obtain any information as I feel that he is staking me out and if you have read his postings, then you would definatley be freaked out. many of my posts have gone missing too. even one with the national anthem, it was directed at an anti-american statement made by a blogger. But of all the posts i've seen on theses blogs, I have never read how much someone hates America, anyway I thought it ironic because there is an Americana room in this home. who are you to tell me what kind of a person I am or what I believe in? Isn't hard and painful to carry such hate? As a Registered Nurse with Psychiatric, cardiac, surgical, vent experience, trust me you are at HIGH risk for a heart attack. Take a deep breath and if living in and being a United States citizen bothers you that much, then what stopping you from leaving? AAAA....could it be to wait to take advantage of something you clearly don't deserve, just as you say our government is doing. Let me tell you that I lived in N.Y. when 911 hit and there wasn't a day for more than 2 years that 1 of my patients would be holding a picture of their son, daughter, sister, husband, wife,THEIR MOTHER-it was traumatic and my son and the rest of the soldiers most certainly do know what they are fighting for. News flash we didn't take any oil from Iraq-they do have a President.
