Electrical energy can not be stored.
There is no such thing as energy reserves.
You can reserve the fuel to generate electricity, as the article correctly states.

The area covering the present day Afghanistan has been unruly for thousands of years. Unlike Iraq, this region will revert back to its roots; fighting among hundreds of clans.
The only way we can bring our troops back home and also prevent future breeding of the terrorists is to carpet bomb the North-Western Pakistan where Bin Laden is hiding.
North-Western Pakistan is also the place where they breed extremists and terrorists.
I doubt Omaba has the guts to do that. Few more body bags of our brave soldiers, and the great retreat will begin. The war of necessity will be replaced with the new slogan "War is not the answer". If that slogan doesn't work then blame will be placed on Bush-Chaney.

Aren't you and your parents responsible for your education costs?
Why would tax payer subsidize anybody's education?
Also, even after so called huge fee hikes, In-state tuition at UC will still be lowest among all the public university systems anywhere in the Nation! Do the web search and get the self-realization, you parasites!
