What is the most amazing thing about Sarah Palin is how far she has moved up the political ladder riding only on her own coattails. She did not married into wealth, she is not from a political power house family, her husband or father did not pass away and handed over there sit to her. She simple had an idea a belief and ran with it. She didn't seek out the McCain Camp they sought her out. When she hit the campaign trail for the McCain camp she did the worst possible thing, she stayed true to herself and Steve Schmidt was surprise by this.
