Hi Shafin. I've been volunteering and working in Global Education for over 10 years (BOCS Foundation, Hungary). I remember many times when we were alarming to the exponencially growing dangers connected to overpopulation, overconsumption, waste, 'materialistic happiness', and so on. How desperate I was, especially realising deaf and dumb, sleeping people around me. After a while I turned to be very gloomy and pessimistic. What saved me was that I understood even if the human beings choose to extinct, the onus is on me: I must choose to be a happy person taking her own responsibility and ownership a 100 %. It means simplicity: doing my bit, helping others doing their own ones, if time comes: opening my mouth, anyway just listen, watch and be hyper-present - they have bigger power than fighting.
Presently I compile a global-education teacher-training pack for England, Hungary and Bulgaria. Keep fingers crossed that I could do my best for it!
