Great question Mike. At Studio we will always communicate the Word and have a central Bible truth/text that our services are built around. As far as "preaching" goes, I would argue that by definition preaching does not have to be just verbal communication. One dictionary defines preaching "to persuade other people to accept the belief or to take the course of action." Jesus did not just quote Scripture but used all kinds of visual things to communicate his message. The difference with Studio is that instead of using a central verse(es) and supporting it with a prepared talk and verbal illustrations, we'll have a central verse(es) and support it with multimedia we produce to illustrate that Bible truth. Studio will also have Bible classes and small groups that use "multi"media which will also include lecture style verbal communication. Thanks again Mike for the question. I always welcome them.

Hi Randy! Thanks for the comments. "20 4th grade boys!" You are my newest hero :) I love your heart for kids and agree about finding ways to reach them. We have six of our own and will work hard to reach more in our new church. Love your job too-looks fun! I'd love to produce a video and capture your story (testimony) if your open to it. Thanks Bill. Fellowship One is a great service. My understanding is that the "one year free" refers to the 'monthly' charges. There is still a $350 system set-up charge, and $100 charge to set-up debit/credit card giving abilities. Still a pretty sweet deal considering the amount of technology you receive.
