If the treasury does ever come up with a plan to deal with the toxic assets as they call them, will we be able to trace the course of these foreclosed properties back through the system to Fannie and Freddie where they began proving who is actually responsible for this mess? I submit that these toxic assets have not been isolated because they will be traceable.
