Dude, you are lookin all kinda like you missed something in high school. It was a class where like they read a book called The Federalist Papers. It was kinda boring but if you could hang with it, it like explained all the rules and why they are there. The real shocker to me was when I had to learn the difference between a republic and a democracy. I was even more stunned to learn that we are set up NOT to be a democracy but rather a republic. Dude, really read the book. You might be lookin all smart if you could understand that was written like 100 year ago (give or take a 100)
