So called progressives have been dividing us with group identity politics for years. Their arrogant stereotyping of the so called 'white' race seems to believe that all those so called 'white' people came from some homogeneous island of Whitelandia. They don't understand that we are all immigrants from different countries of origin and different ethnicities and different cultures and different languages. These fools don't understand that America became the most innovative, most powerful nation to ever grace the planet because we were not forced to remain in a traditional ethnic or racial box and that our success is based on integrating so well that some are foolish enough to see us as one homogeneous race. We aren't buying this 'new' world view, same as the tired old view of a balkanized, separate but equal nation that recognizes group over individual.

It is funny that you think I support Romney. He is not my first choice but he is easily a credible candidate. In fact, my comments have little to do with Romney. Instead, they are focused on the same tired propaganda machine that comes from the same tired old media sources. It is an old formula. Highlight weaknesses. Skew or lie about strengths. Mock and smear the candidate. Make sure the term 'controversial' is used at least once in the conversation and when introducing the person. Repeat over and over until the false mantra becomes the accepted stereotype. We know that humor is usually based on caricature but the funniest thing about the drone of GOP jokes on SNL is that the inbred cast actually thinks they are offering profound and informed humor. In reality it is actually more like Jeff Foxworthy redneck humor, except that Foxworthy is in on the joke.

I guess humor is in the eye of the beholder. If someone doesn't like Romney, I suppose it might sound funny. That is most likely why SNL spent almost the entire night trashing all of the GOP candidates. It plays to their crowd. Palin had it right in her CPAC speech. We know that the media is in the tank for Obama and will lie and smear every GOP candidate out there but we shouldn't do it to our own candidates. There isn't a candidate in the GOP, probably not even a person in the GOP, who wouldn't do a better job that Obama. We are fools if we contribute to the media stereotypes that contribute to this Marxist president gaining another term to protect the Obamacare and Dodd-Frank disasters that are already cooked into a second term, along with additional command and control fiat rules meant to eventually funnel every dollar and every aspect of our lives through the Washington sewer.

SNL once more finding as many ways as possible to try to make the GOP look weak and dumb. They need to go back to the skits with the Chinese bending over and the interpreter asking Obama to give it to them in dark places. Those were the funniest skits EVER!!!! Unfortunately they rarely get by the liberal censors at NBC.

I guess if it was a white president like Jimmy Carter we would be buying into central command and control takeover of our lives? Baloney. The only racists in almost every room are the Marxist 'progressives' who can't seem to get past skin color.

Did anyone notice the dark haired young girl in the middle of the audience (shown in this clip at 3:25) ? She must have been covering the event for MSNBC or Media Matters. She looked very afraid of Andrew throughout the whole speech if you saw it on CSPAN. they don't know what to make of him. Hahahaha.

People don't have to step back very far to understand what is happening in this country. Time to wake up before elite fools run every aspect of our lives.

I guess with our shiny new government health care it will be their obligation to come pick us up and give us treatment until out thinking is correct.

The idea behind a civil right is that they apply to all minorities, not just the most popular or the loudest or the best funded. If marriage is a civil right that belongs to one alternative lifestyle, it should be a right that applies to all alternative lifestyles. Why shouldn't a mother have a right to marry her adult child or why shouldn't a bisexual be allowed to at least marry one of each sex or why shouldn't Lars be allowed to marry his doll if the idea behind affirming marriage is to give each person equal dignity under the law for whatever lifestyle they deem most affirming, even if it is a distinct or unpopular minority? It would be no different than if civil rights were applied to blacks but not hispanics. Somewhere down the road maybe another vocal minority with enough money will get their own special exemption, supposedly based on 'civil rights' but it still won't be civil rights. It will be judges continuing to overstep their rightful authority and otherwise making a mockery of the will of the people to institute their own rules based on what they want rather than what the law or the constitution prescribes.
