Of course, for the younger siblings there is always the threat of the smack down. Bud seems to have forgotten the snow machine incident. Their parents actually intervened and grounded their adult daughter for doing something that gosh, could have actually hurt her little brother!

Well, they did not create the first ceramic tile (as far as I am aware) but they certainly advanced the technology. Creating tiles that would survive the heat of reentry was a major advancement. Unfortunately, it was also one of the serious weak points of the shuttles. They did develop velcro fasteners and push many advancements in robotics.

One year I ended up on one of the older dorms-it needed serious attention. My room was all right but the bathroom had a large hole in the wall. I left the dorms after that semester for a private apartment. Of course, the following semester was the semester that that hall was renovated.

That's pretty much what I used my dorm for-except on the rare occasion where I napped in class. I actually did fall asleep several times during one final exam. Reason was that a good friend had died down in Atlanta and since I couldn't make the funeral-day of the final exam-I went to the visitation the night before. Fortunately, the professor was understanding and since I sat in the front row, he woke me up every time I started to nod off.

As for the rest of the time, I was usually in the school library or the music department.
