The value of Iraq lives and safety as well as civil rights should be no different from those of Americans. Green (native of Midland TX, of course) should have been tried in Texas and given Texas sentence (which would have been capital punishment had his victims been Texans).
But we digress. The real criminals , George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Colin Powell are enjoying good life and earning tons of money on lecture circuit and book sales. They have gotten away scot free from justice.

Despicable as this grand larceny is, it is the complicity of the Western governments and banks (esp. the swiss banks) with assorted greedy strongmen from impoverished countries, in using their private property laws - and diplomatic and military clout - to shield the loot of the likes of Zardari that are the greater evil. In 1979, Khomeini's Iran tried diplomacy to get US to loosen up and release $4 bn stolen from Iran by the Shah but to no avail. The rest is history ('hostage' taking and the final rupture of US-Iranian relation). All the much hyped and publicized western aid for the poor victims of the natural disasters do not begin to compare with the heavyhanded but indirect pillage of those countires for their own cynical strategic/military considerations of 'national interest'.

At least 50%, if not more, of the aid given by the Western governments and even the Pakistani expatriates in the West, goes directly in the pockets of that supreme thief Zardari, While in London, ostensibly to solicit aid for the flood victimes, Zardari bought an estate at the very posh Knightsbridge district of London for - hold your breath - 140 million pounds (i.e. nearly 200 million dollars!). Where did the money come from? Probably from the donors who thought they were helping the flood victims. Zardari has similar properties scattered all over the world, in Dubai and other Middle Eastern destinations, in France, Italy, Switzerland and all over the United States (I guess he is preparing for another day when he may again have to flee Pakistan's enraged citizenry and that nation's belatedly conscientious justice and law enforcement!)

Jerusalem was not built by Jews. Read the 'Book of Joshua' in the Hebrew Bible. When Joshua invaded Canaan circa 1200 b.c.. He captured the largest Canaanite city of Salem and renamed it Jerusalem. He also slaughtered most of its inhabitants "Upon God's orders", after giving them assurances of safety if they would surrender (God's plan!)
