i am getting error 37 during the iphone 3g RESTORE and UPDATE on itunes. Anyone has had same problems or any suggestions to solve it ?

I wonder how GPS issue went unnoticed when the unlocking solution was tested for weeks by the team before releasing it. Battery drain fix at a later stage was somewhat satisfactory. I believe that these are the basic tests DEV Team must have carried out before making the unlocking public.

I duly respect the work they are doing for everyone but ....................................

I guess they can call for more volunteers who would definitely work on this project and at the same time decrease the workload on every existing member in the DEV Team.

Not free but you have to pay for the same. Earlier they only unlocked the 3G and 3GS but now they are adding iphone 4 to the list. That's all about it ..

Dont have a sim card to activate ...so can i do it without activation is all the above question all about ???

mate do i need to activate my iphone before using redsnow is my question. I wouldn't worry on the warranty as it is out of warranty ..

I have a iphone 3G on 4.2.1 from Germany on t-mobile. I live in France and i dont have a t-mobile simcard to activate it.

Do i need an activated iphone to perform the above process or it just works without activation..

Sell it away on ebay. It isnt worth keeping it .. In the description write that you jumped into a swimming pool with the iphone in your pocket. The toilet story wouldn't go well with the buyers.
I am saying all this hoping that i am not your prospective buyer ;o) ...
