I totally agree Linda. While I don't want to judge someone because they are negative toward others like this, it's usually a case of something they aren't dealing with personally that makes them lash out... Thanks for the comment!

So many people do work those long hours...including my husband...so I know how it is when you get home and just don't have it in you to workout or do anything but collapse. I used to do the same thing... I should have added that getting the activity in when you have the energy -- earlier in the day -- might help for someone who works longs hours. And the side effect will be, more energy to make it through the crazy schedule for film production. Sometimes just taking those 5 minutes and stretching gets you through the rest of the day too!

Hi Val,

Yes yes and yes! I would love to be in the drawing and also be on the list for one of those 15 assessments if possible! Even though I'm a little nervous to have an assessment done during the chat, I know it will be good for me and I'll just deal with the "pain" of hearing my challenge areas pointed out.

I've been in the RCR club for a few months now and definitely got results during the first 6 weeks. I continue to work on my food and exercise regimen. As my body gets better, my whole confidence level increases, and I've had a major increase in my pilates clients. Currently, my schedule is tight, so I'm looking to get the most out of my workouts and know what my body needs. It would be great to get an assessment from you for this very reason. I've been using the AHB release as my kind of goal/intention to be the embodiment of your program, but it's definitely been tough and I want a real push to get there!

Anyways - so excited for the 2.0 release! I hope it goes really well for you!
